Outright is seeking a motivated IT Assistant to support daily IT operations in Islamabad. You will troubleshoot issues, install and maintain computers, printers, OS, and related equipment, and provide timely technical support to staff.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS, basic hardware/software/network knowledge, familiarity with Windows and Office, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a night shift 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and troubleshooting tools.
• Understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, and basic network configurations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
• Previous IT support experience is preferred.
