Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security and efficiency of technology systems.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues that arise.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure all data is backed up regularly to prevent loss or damage.
• Stay up-to-date with new technology developments and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Negotiate with vendors for purchase of new hardware, software or services.
• Train employees on how to use new or updated technology as needed.
