Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. seeks a General Banking Officer - Islamic to manage branch customer interactions under Islamic principles and support all operations as an inputter/maker.

You’ll handle account openings, SOA issuance, and financing accounts while ensuring adherence to Shariah guidelines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with preference for Islamic Banking certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
• Diploma/certification in Islamic Banking preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle branch customers and services per Islamic banking principles
• Work in all branch operations as inputter/maker
• Process account openings and related duties incl. dormancy, stop payments, closures, SOA, financing accounts
• Prepare reports for BSM and Head Office
• Review fixed assets inventory and maintain records
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints within TAT
