Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with preference for Islamic banking experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for banking including Shariah compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and uplift the branch operations team and act as a supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and Shariah compliance.
• Supervise daily operations and customer service standards.
• Maintain record keeping of security items and transactions.
• Manage HR and administration related matters of branch staff.
