Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking a General Banking Officer to provide efficient customer service and handle branch banking operations, including account opening, customer queries, and processing non-financial transactions, in strict adherence to banking regulations.

The role covers end‑to‑end branch activities such as asset records, safeguarding cash, reporting, and cross-selling bank products, with responsibility for compliance, reporting to CSM/Head Office as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient customer service and handle branch operations including account opening.
• Handle queries, process non-financial transactions, and assist with fixed assets and inventory.
• Work across branch segments as inputter/maker and support dormancy, stop payments, and loan activities.
• Prepare reports for submission to CSM and Head Office; ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Safeguard cash, ensure SBP requirements, and manage security stationery and assets.
