Job summary

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is seeking a General Banking Officer to deliver efficient customer service and manage branch-level operations, including account opening, inquiries, and non-financial transactions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years' relevant experience; you will handle asset inventories, admin support, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable Institution in relevant field.
• Have a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle account opening and its related processes.
• Process non-financial transactions accurately as per SOP.
• Assist in maintaining fixed assets inventory and admin support.
• Manage customer queries and refer customers to appropriate services.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures.
• Prepare branch reports for submission to CSМ and Head Office.
• Be a custodian of branch cash operations and ensure accurate cash sorting.
