Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee policy development, compliance, and team leadership from an office in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on policy analysis, training design, and resolving staff grievances while establishing fair pay structures and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have an HR-focused MBA/BBA, relevant certifications, and strong knowledge of employment law. This is an office-based position with standard working hours.

Qualifications

• MBA or BBA with HR specialization.
• HR certifications (CIPD/HRCI/SHRM) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring company's procedures comply with employment regulations

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring company's procedures comply with employment regulations
• Analysing existing policies, and making changes as appropriate
• Assessing areas where policies are needed and create new policies as required
• Managing and training the HR team
• Monitoring various aspects of an employee's performance, such as attendance and lateness
• Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly
• Supporting managers and staff by dealing with employee grievances or conflicts
• Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits

Skills Requirements

• Excellent English Language Speaking Skills
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalise ideas
• Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff
• A solid understanding of the key principles of employment law
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts
• Knowledge of the relevant computer systems and software programs
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Solid ethics and morals and sound judgement
