Job summary

Unified Marketing Solutions in Islamabad (DHA Phase 1) is seeking a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations for a busy contact center. You will develop HR policies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage attendance and payroll coordination with finance, and support leadership on workforce planning.

You will also drive employee engagement, handle conflicts, organize training programs, and maintain HR records

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and local labor laws in Pakistan with compliance focus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to support employees and leaders.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in DHA Phase 1, Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for a fast-paced contact center environment. Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing attendance and payroll coordination in partnership with finance, and supporting leadership with workforce planning. The role will also involve leading employee engagement initiatives, handling conflict resolution, organizing training and development programs, and maintaining accurate HR records and reporting. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with management to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports high performance and retention. Must be familiar with Policy making and compliances.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws in Pakistan, with the ability to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experince required in Human Resource management.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution to support employees and leaders effectively.
• Ability to manage HR data, maintain accurate records, and generate HR reports using HRIS or similar systems.
• Experience in training, coaching, and employee development within a fast-paced or customer service-driven environment.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, email, spreadsheets, HR software).
• Proven ability to work on-site in a dynamic setting, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a contact center, BPO, or service industry environment is highly beneficial.
