• Policy & compliance: implement/enforce policies, ensure adherence to labor laws.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive with1–2 years of core HR experience, based in Rawalpindi. The HR Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies to align organizational goals with employee growth. Responsibilities include handling recruitment processes, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role also involves driving initiatives to create a positive work environment and supporting leadership in strategic HR planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing and headhunting for local roles andinternational positions (UAE/Global).


• HR Operations:Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance/leave systems, and oversee day-to-day administrative HR tasks.


• Employee Relations:Act as a primary point of contact for staff, driving engagement initiatives and resolving workplace challenges effectively.


• Policy & Compliance:Implement and enforce company policies while ensuring 100% adherence to local labor laws and statutory standards.


• Strategic Support:Assist leadership in HR planning and implement initiatives that create a positive, growth-oriented work environment.
