Job summary

Tagm in Lahore, Pakistan invites applications for a HR Executive to join our team. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulberg-III and focuses on end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll inputs and policy adherence.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in HRM or Business, 2–3 years HR generalist experience (IT hiring a plus), strong Pakistan labour-law knowledge, excellent Excel and HRMS skills, and strong communication and discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labour laws and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for audit trainees to software engineers
• Handle onboarding, contracts, employee records and exits
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs
• Keep EOBI, PESSI and labour law compliance up to date
• Payroll and attendance management
• Support appraisals and maintain HR policies
