Role Overview and Summary

Weare seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Lead to lead and manage ateam of recruiters while remaining actively involved in hands-on recruitment.The ideal candidate will have a proven record of leading a recruitment team of recruiterssupporting US clients and delivering hiring targets in a fast-pacedenvironment.

Success in this role will be measured by the team’s ability to consistently deliver qualified candidates andclose priority positions within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead,coach, and manage a team of 10 or more recruiters, ensuring productivity andachievement of hiring targets.
• Manageend-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,coordination, and offer management.
• Personallyhandle recruitment assignments and support the team in filling challenging orcritical positions.
• Managerecruitment requirements for US clients and coordinate effectively across timezones.
• Developrecruitment plans, allocate requisitions, and monitor team performance againsthiring KPIs.
• Trackrecruitment progress, maintain accurate reports, and provide regular updates tomanagement.
• Buildeffective sourcing strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensurea positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Identifyprocess gaps and implement improvements to recruitment efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’sdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–8years of recruitment experience, including hands-on, end-to-endrecruitment.
• Provenexperience leading and managing a recruitment team.
• Provenexperience working with US clients and managing recruitment requirements acrossUS time zones.
• Strongexperience in recruitment planning, sourcing strategies, performancemonitoring, and hiring delivery.
• Excellentcommunication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Abilityto work day, mid-day, and night shifts, based on business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experiencerecruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiaritywith applicant tracking systems, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
• Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in adeadline-driven environment.
