Job summary

HR Ways is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Multan to lead recruitment, HR operations, and employee management. You will independently manage end-to-end hiring, headhunt top professionals, and develop HR policies while supporting organizational growth.

The role also emphasizes corporate communications, employer branding, public relations, and representing the company at events. You will oversee onboarding, attendance, performance reviews, and HR compliance for on-site and remote staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, talent acquisition, or people management.
• Experience recruiting Sales, Business Development, and specialized roles.
• Experience developing HR policies and employee management systems.
• Experience in e-commerce, IT, digital agency, or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt and build talent pipelines across departments.
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, onboarding and attendance processes.
• Manage employee engagement, performance evaluations, and retention.
• Oversee corporate communications, employer branding, and public relations.
• Coordinate HR for on-site and remote staff; report recruitment KPIs.
