Job summary

Cybernet invites applications for a Management Trainee – HR Systems and Analytics. This role supports HR systems, develops people analytics, and automates HR processes to drive digital transformation across Human Capital Management.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to implement HRMS enhancements, build Power BI dashboards, and develop Python-based automation. The candidate should have a 0–1 year background and a related degree.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in HR Systems, Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Technology, or Process Improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for automation, data analysis, and API integration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas.
• Basic knowledge of developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• Familiarity with HRMS/ERP platforms, including system administration, configuration, and testing.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in HR processes, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and enhancement of the organization's HRMS to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and optimal user experience.
• Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for HR system enhancements and implementations.
• Support integrations of HR systems with internal and third-party applications using APIs and other automation technologies where applicable.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare system documentation, identify system issues, and support the deployment of new HRMS features and enhancements.
• Develop Python-based automation solutions to reduce manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other business intelligence tools.
• Perform HR data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems.
• Application of statistical and correlation analysis techniques to identify patterns and relationships across HR metrics.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders on technology-driven HR projects within agreed timelines.
• Monitor HR system performance, identify issues, and coordinate their timely resolution with vendors and internal support teams.
• Research emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and analytics trends to identify solutions that enhance employee experience and HR effectiveness.
