Job summary

Sapphire Fibres is seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) focused on HR Data Analytics and Organizational Design. Fresh graduates or those with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply, even without a traditional HR degree.

Responsibilities include analyzing HR data, building dashboards in Excel and Power BI, and supporting automation and design initiatives at the intersection of people, data, and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related analytical discipline.
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and charts.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize information, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new concepts and technologies.
• Interest in the intersection of business, people, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR data to generate meaningful insights that support organizational decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI to visualize HR metrics effectively.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline HR reporting and data processes.
• Support projects related to Rewards and Organizational Design, understanding workforce structures, compensation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to align data analytics with strategic objectives.
• Translate raw data into actionable reports that inform business and people-related decisions.
