Job summary
PwC is seeking a Senior Associate I - HR Analytics to join the Human Capital Development function. You will design analytics frameworks, manage dashboards and deliver insights that inform talent decisions, partnering with HC leadership and business stakeholders across HR teams.
The role focuses on turning HR data into trusted insights, interactive dashboards and automated solutions that improve workforce decision‑making, efficiency and employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience in data analysis, dashboard development, business intelligence or process automation; HR analytics experience preferred.
- Strong Power BI capability, including Power Query, data modelling, DAX and dashboard design.
- Advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL and/or other data-querying or analytical tools desirable.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage analytics frameworks, dashboards and insights for talent decisions.
- Create interactive Power BI dashboards and executive HR reporting.
- Ensure data quality, governance and scalable reporting across HR systems.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
