Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong analytical mindset.
• Basic to intermediate Python for automation and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel with dashboards and formulas.
• Experience or familiarity with Power BI dashboards.
• Awareness of HRMS/ERP platforms and AI in HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Support HRMS administration and improve data integrity.
• Document requirements and collaborate with teams/vendors.
• Integrate HR systems with internal applications via APIs.
• Participate in UAT and documentation, rollouts of features.
• Develop automation using Python to streamline HR tasks.
• Create HR dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Validate HR data and ensure accuracy across systems.
• Apply stats to identify HR trends and insights.
• Collaborate跨 HR, IT, Finance on tech-driven projects.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate issue resolutions.
