Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Practical experience in data analysis, dashboard development, BI or process automation; HR/people analytics preferred.
• Strong Power BI capability: Power Query, data modelling, DAX & dashboard design.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage analytics frameworks and dashboards for HR KPIs.
• Develop descriptive and diagnostic analyses; support predictive insights.
