The Management Trainee – HR Systems and Analytics role at Cybernet's Human Capital Management department is a full-time, onsite position based at the Head Office in Karachi. This role is designed to support the digital transformation initiatives within the HR function by managing and enhancing HR systems, developing people analytics and business intelligence solutions, automating HR processes, and exploring AI-driven innovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in HR technologies, data analytics, and process automation to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• – Support the administration and continuous improvement of the organization’s HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and a seamless user experience.
• – Collect and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for HR system enhancements and new implementations.
• – Assist in integrating HR systems with internal and third-party applications using APIs and automation tools where applicable.
• – Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare system documentation, identify and troubleshoot system issues, and support the rollout of new HRMS features.
• – Develop automation solutions using Python to streamline manual HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• – Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI, advanced Excel functions, and other business intelligence tools.
• – Conduct HR data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.
• – Apply statistical and correlation analysis techniques to identify trends and relationships within HR metrics.
• – Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units on technology-driven HR projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• – Monitor HR system performance, identify issues proactively, and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal support teams.
• – Research and evaluate emerging HR technologies, AI applications, and analytics trends to recommend innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and HR effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• – 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in HR Systems, HR Analytics, Business Intelligence, HR Technology, or Process Improvement.
• – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• – Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, and API integration.
• – Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, dashboards, and advanced formulas.
• – Foundational experience in developing dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.
• – Familiarity with HRMS/ERP platforms, including system administration, configuration, and testing.
• – Awareness of AI tools and their application in HR processes, analytics, and workflow automation.
• – Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• – Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
