Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in talent management, employee relations, or HR operations.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Analytical & problem-solving skills with data analysis and reporting ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and initial interviews.
• Oversee onboarding activities and preboarding, documentation, orientation, and benefits enrollment.
• Develop onboarding programs to enhance engagement and retention.
• Handle Employee Relations & Engagement and advise employees and managers.
• Ensure policy guidance, confidentiality, compliance with company policies.
• Conduct investigations into grievances and assist performance appraisal processes.
• Support training needs, performance improvement plans, and continuous learning culture.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with confidentiality and data integrity.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal requirements.
• Monitor labor law compliance and HR best practices.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and engagement.
• Administer benefits programs including health insurance and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll processes with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Track HR metrics to inform strategy and maintain HR dashboards.
