Job summary
NETSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end initiatives across Finance, HR, Sales and Operations. You will own the transformation roadmap, partner with executives and deliver measurable business outcomes through process redesign, automation and AI enablement.
This hands-on leadership role requires strong program management, governance and benefits tracking, with collaboration across AI, Data, Engineering and Automation teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Experience across Finance, HR, Sales and Operations.
- Strong executive stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Generative AI, intelligent automation or process mining.
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the enterprise transformation roadmap.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end transformation programmes from discovery through value realisation.
- Facilitate workshops, process assessments and operating model reviews.
- Design future-state processes and automation strategies.
- Work closely with AI, Data, Engineering and Automation teams.
- Establish governance, KPIs and benefits tracking.
- Act as a hands-on practitioner, directly contributing to analysis, process design and solution shaping.
