Job summary

Millennium Medical Billing in Pakistan seeks a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end US-based recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes for our remote US teams.

You will coordinate pre-employment checks, orientation, and employee records, support HR operations, and ensure policy alignment while maintaining ATS data and collaborative relations with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment, onboarding and HR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
