Job summary

PwC in Karachi seeks a Senior Associate to support end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR systems, workforce reporting, and governance. The role maintains accurate employee data and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

You will handle onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, performance and reward activities, and employee queries, while assisting with data reporting and ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant HR operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in management, human capital or related field.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliation of Workday reports against payroll sheets.
• Prepare HR operations data, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Prepare Monthly headcount dashboards.
• Support the annual increment cycle by compiling line-of-service-wise increment sheets and issuing letters.
• Support the annual bonus cycle by compiling line-of-service-wise bonus sheets and letters.
• Coordinate health insurance, benefits, and claims with insurers.
• Prepare final settlements and provident fund processing for exiting employees.
• Provide operational support for HR projects and governance requirements.
