Job summary

Digital Auxilius in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Manager – Human Resources to lead the HR function and align people strategies with business objectives. The role requires expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to design workforce plans, optimize performance management, and ensure compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM/BA or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with 3–5 years in leadership.
• Proven experience managing complete HR function in a medium/large org.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance mgmt, comp & benefits, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS, attendance/payroll systems and HR analytics tools.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and talent development.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and leadership roles.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, HRIS, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Drive HR analytics, dashboards, and organizational development initiatives.
