Job Timings: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri)

Location: G-5/2, Islamabad

Duration: 3 Months - Extendable (not leading to job)

Stipend: 40,000/- per month

Job Description

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews, assist in preparing new hire documentation and contracts, maintain and update employee files in both digital and physical formats, participate in HR-related projects and initiatives, audit employee files.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data entry.
• Assist with creating and managing HR reports and spreadsheets.
• Support the team in handling employee queries.
• Any other task assigned by the Manager.

Education & Skills

• Bachelors in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of HR policies and employee benefits
• Personnel Management expertise
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Pakistan is a plus
