Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions in Karachi is seeking an HR Operations Executive to join our People & Organization team for a 9-month maternity cover. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, support payroll inputs, maintain records and assist HR projects in a fast-paced environment; strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HR experience, with exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Collaborative mindset focused on delivering for the business.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to join our People & Organization team for a 9-month maternity cover. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely hiring.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide effective recruitment support.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, selection and onboarding activities.
• Provide accurate and timely payroll inputs, including new hires, exits, transfers and other employee changes.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably with exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
