Job summary

Pintern is seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in DHA Phase 5, Lahore. This onsite role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR administration, with a monthly stipend of Rs. 20,000–Rs. 25,000. Working days are Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or final-year students in HR/Business fields, with strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and a keenness to learn and contribute to the HR function.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite at DHA Phase 5, Lahore, following the Monday to Friday schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding processes and manage employee documentation.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases accurately.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and relevant documentation.
• Liaise with employees and management as needed to facilitate HR functions.
