Folio3 is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in delivering effective people operations. This paid full-time internship offers hands-on experience across onboarding, employee records, and performance-cycle support.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, assist with training, run workforce metrics in Excel, and help plan engagement events. Strong communication and detail-orientation are essential in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Passion for a career in Human Resources and People Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer focus.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools or collaboration platforms used in coursework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding experiences including orientation and documentation.
• Help plan and execute workplace engagement events and recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records and generate workforce metrics using Excel and HR systems.
• Track and organize employee training sessions and development resources.
• Provide administrative support during performance review cycles and collect feedback.
• Address everyday employee inquiries to foster a supportive workplace.
