Job summary

Hashtag Media is looking for a dynamic, proactive HR & Content Assistant Intern who will work closely with the HR Department and Content Manager. This on-site internship offers hands-on exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and digital content management in a fast-paced media environment.

This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and eager to learn, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong research, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with HR tools and social media is a plus.
• Passion for content creation and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities:

Content & Operations Responsibilities:

• Assist the Content Manager in daily content planning and execution.
• Help create and edit content for social media.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and viral content formats.
• Organize digital assets and manage project files.
• Review content produced by employees according to guidelines.
• Perform quality checks and suggest improvements in workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest content trends, formats, and platforms.

Requirements

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Strong research, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
