Job summary

HR Ways - Hiring Tech Talent is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a US-based global financial services client. The role covers HR operations, payroll coordination, employee lifecycle, and policy implementation.

You will manage onboarding, records, attendance, medical insurance, performance management, and compensation reviews while ensuring compliance and accurate HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and performance management systems.
• Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, medical insurance, and compensation processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and Excel skills.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS/HR software.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Handle medical insurance, including enrollments, claims coordination, and employee queries.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles through HR software, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance records.
• Coordinate annual increments, bonuses, and performance-based salary reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Implement HR policies and maintain compliance.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, performance, compensation, and benefits.
