Job summary

HR Ways is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and the complete employee lifecycle for our client in Karachi. The role focuses on HR administration, records, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, medical insurance administration, and policy implementation.

You will handle onboarding, records, payroll inputs, performance management, salary reviews, recruitment support, and compliance, working onsite from 4 pm to 1 am PKT at S.M.C.H.S., Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist/HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS and performance management systems.
• Knowledge of payroll, employee benefits, medical insurance, and compensation processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and Excel skills.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS/HR software.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
• Handle medical insurance, including enrollments, claims coordination, and employee queries.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles through HR software, including goal setting, evaluations, and performance records.
• Coordinate annual increments, bonuses, and performance-based salary reviews.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Implement HR policies and maintain compliance.
• Prepare HR reports on headcount, attendance, turnover, performance, compensation, and benefits.
