Job summary

Brickstech is seeking an HR Generalist/HR Manager in Karachi, DHA, to manage staffing levels and drive mass recruitment for call center, sales and delivery roles. You will own day-to-day HR operations in the Pakistan office and partner with local management to forecast headcount.

The role requires 2–4 years in HR or recruitment, proven high-volume hiring experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Proven mass/high-volume recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting call center, sales, delivery, or logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment funnels, sourcing channels and metrics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good working English.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment for call center, sales operators, and couriers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Oversee full recruitment funnel from sourcing to offers and start dates.
• Monitor recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and show-up rates.
• Coordinate onboarding and initial employee adaptation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and local management on staffing.
