Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for IT, Finance & Accounting roles for internal and client hiring. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers to ensure a strong candidate pipeline and timely submissions.

A 5–6 year background in BPO or financial services recruitment, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site Karachi setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in BPO, Accounting & Financial Services, Staffing or Staff Augmentation.
• Proven experience in client communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, technical, and non-technical roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Handle internal and client hiring requirements, ensuring timely, quality candidate delivery.
• Coordinate with international clients to understand hiring priorities, timelines and expectations.
• Manage client communication, submissions, interviews, feedback and follow-ups.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals and databases.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, culture fit and job fit; conduct initial interviews.
