Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, admin or accounting experience.
• Experience managing employee records and recruitment support.
• Experience with expense processing, transactions and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Excellent data handling and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding tasks.
• Coordinate office administration and supplies; manage schedules.
• Handle accounting tasks including expenses and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports and support audit activities.
• Ensure data accuracy in HR and accounting systems.
