Sukuk Capital in Lahore, PK is hiring an HR Generalist to handle daily HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, with strong communication and data management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Management from a recognized institution.
• 2-3 years post-qualification experience in HR operations and related domains.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, TA Tools, SM Applications, HRMS, AI and SM Platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes with TA tools.
• Oversee staff on/off-boarding and life cycle data.
• Manage Attendance & Leaves and address queries.
• Lead Employer Branding and maintain strong social media presence.
• Provide Employee Relations support and resolve grievances.
• Assist HRD with events, training and engagement activities.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and impact via performance evaluation.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at our Lahore, PK Office. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who can seamlessly manage day-to-day HR Operations while contributing to a positive and thriving workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to:

• Technical Recruitment: Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process using advance TA Tools.
• Staff On/off-boarding: Manage all transactional data/activitiesduring the course ofemployee life cycle of each individual.
• Attendance & Leaves: Manage Staff Attendance/Leaves, maintain data and handle queries related to staff Attendance & Leaves.
• Employer Branding: Manage company social media pageand build strong presence on SM platforms to get higher retention rate.
• Employee Relations: Address and assist HRD in managing employeegrievances and facilitate in conflict resolution.
• Event Management: AssistHRD in employee engagement activities i.e. team-building,recognition programs, wellness initiatives, training and occasional events. Support HRD in fostering the collaborative and inclusive culture.
• HR Policy Compliance: Maintain strict follow-ups with staff, particularly with team leads, regarding all HR-related matters, including but not limited to HR Policy Compliance and Performance Evaluation.
• Experience: Min. 2-3 years post-qualification experience in the above-mentioned domains.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  • Must possessbachelors degreein HRM/Managementfrom a recognized institution.
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills and analytical skills.
