Job summary

HRSI, on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client based in Lahore, seeks a competent Hiring Manager Human Resource to manage day-to-day HR operations from Gulberg, Lahore (on-site).

The role covers recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, attendance tracking, and employee engagement. 4–6 years of generalist HR experience in pharma/healthcare is preferred. Bachelor’s or Master’s in HRM/BA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM/BA or related field.
• 4–6 years of generalist HR experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including planning, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with department heads to assess and fulfill hiring needs.
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records through HRMIS and manual tracking systems.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and routine HR matters.
• Support the annual performance appraisal cycle and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement and training activities.
• Contribute to HR policy implementation, process improvement, and organizational development efforts.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
