Job summary

Cloudelligent in Lahore seeks an experienced HR Generalist to lead the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced tech environment. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, training, and offboarding while shaping HR policies that reflect Cloudelligent’s culture and growth goals.

You will provide day-to-day HR support on compensation, benefits, conflict resolution, and compliance, administer benefits programs, own performance management, and drive engagement and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of HR experience in tech/SaaS/cloud environment.
• Hands-on with BambooHR or similar HRIS; data-driven HR decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing multiple HR projects in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Experience designing employee engagement and learning & development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in alignment with Cloudelligent’s culture and goals.

• Administer employee benefit programs, including health plans and other perks, ensuring timely enrollment, changes, and communication.
• Own the performance management process to drive a high-performance, feedback-rich culture.
• Develop and execute initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
• Leverage HR data and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Stay current on best practices and legal regulations in HR and proactively implement improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. (HR certification or an advanced degree is a plus.)
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or cloud-focused environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (e.g. BambooHR or similar platforms) and data-driven HR decision-making.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience designing and launching employee engagement and learning & development programs.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to take initiative and adapt to change quickly.
