Job summary

TalentHue- Careers is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager – Tech to own and improve the HR function from recruitment through payroll and employee relations. This hands-on role offers ownership and progression as the business grows, working onsite in Karachi.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive HR standards, and manage the complete employee lifecycle with a focus on culture, engagement and compliance with Pakistani practices.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on HR experience across recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Deep understanding of employee lifecycle and relations.
• Proven ability to coach managers and drive HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
• Onboarding, probation, confirmations and the complete employee lifecycle.
• Performance management, employee development and coaching for department managers.
• Employee relations, policies, attendance, leave and professional workplace standards.
• Monthly payroll confirmation and accurate people data in partnership with Finance.
• Employee engagement, internal communication, recognition, events and office culture.
• HR systems, reporting, documentation and compliance with relevant Pakistani practices.
• Office operations, maintenance, suppliers and the day-to-day employee experience.

You’ll own and improve the Human resources – People function from end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and performance management to employee relations, payroll and workplace culture acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and meaningful progression as the business and the People function continue to grow.

Requirements

Specifications

• 6+ years of progressive, broad HR or People experience, including hands-on ownership.
• A track record of improving HR standards in a growing or fast-moving office environment.
• Strong capability across recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
• Confidence to advise, coach and professionally challenge managers.
• Strong understanding of Pakistani employment practices and workplace compliance.
• Excellent English, judgement, discretion, organization and follow-through.
• Commercial, empathetic and willing to stay close to execution.
