Job summary

Softpers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Lahore is seeking a motivated HR professional to join our growing team.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, employee records, and policies, while helping foster a collaborative, AI-driven work environment. This on-site role in DHA Phase 3 offers monthly PKR 50,000 to 60,000, based on skills and interview performance.

Fresh graduates welcome; strong English and Urdu, MS Office, and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• HR degree or related field required, BBA/MBA HR preferred.
• 0–2 years HR experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and spoken English and Urdu.
• Good command of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Friendly and able to communicate with all team levels.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Onboarding and offboarding: prepare letters/contracts and join/exit formalities.
• Attendance and leave: maintain attendance and process leave requests.
• Payroll support: share attendance data with finance for payroll.
• Employee records: maintain personnel files, contracts and assets.
• Employee relations: first point of contact for staff queries.
• Engagement: plan team events and internal announcements.
• Policies and compliance: draft/update HR policies and ensure policy adherence.
• Office coordination: support admin needs like supplies and vendors.

Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment: post jobs, screen CVs, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Onboarding and offboarding: prepare offer letters and contracts, run joining formalities, collect documents, and handle exit clearances
• Attendance and leave: keep attendance records accurate, process leave, remote-work and overtime requests in our HRIS
• Payroll support: share monthly attendance and leave data with finance for payroll processing
• Employee records: maintain complete personnel files, contracts and asset assignments
• Employee relations: be the first point of contact for staff queries and help resolve day-to-day issues
• Engagement: plan team events, birthdays and internal announcements
• Policies and compliance: help draft and update HR policies and make sure the team following them
• Office coordination: support basic admin needs such as supplies, vendors and visitor management

Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field (BBA/MBA HR preferred)
• 0 to 2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates and internship experience welcome
• Strong written and spoken English and Urdu
• Good command of MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, email)
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Friendly, approachable and comfortable communicating with all levels of the team

• Candidates living in or near DHA, Lahore Cantt or surrounding areas are preferred
• Female candidates are preferred
• Must have a reliable means of daily commute to the office, as this is an on-site role and company transport is not provided
