Job summary

Unilever is hiring a Territory Manager Pull for UFS in Lahore. Lead customer development, negotiate with operators, and unlock annual agreements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Drive territory expansion by targeting HoReCa accounts and executing strategic plans to grow brands in the market. You will develop clear plans for growth, manage pipelines, and partner with operators to deliver mutual value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in FMCG or related sales roles.
• University degree; Business major a plus.
• Experience managing Key Accounts/Food Services and leading commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Development: deploy sales activity plans, lead operator negotiations, unlock annual agreements, maintain key stakeholder contacts, and run kitchen demonstrations to boost incremental business.
• Territory Expansion: build a territory plan for numeric and weighted growth, recruit high-potential HoReCa customers, strengthen coverage, and enforce pipeline and execution of plans.
