Job summary

Unilever Karachi is seeking a Territory Manager to lead distributors and drive sales in the designated territory. You will be responsible for managing trade and ensuring effective distribution, while delivering key KPIs and driving growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience, with strong business acumen and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI. This is an on-site position based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–4 years of relevant FMCG sales experience preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth in the designated territory.
• Uplift competitive visibility in stores.
• Coordinate with distributors on plans and executions.
• Negotiate with customers for Joint Business planning.
• Plan and manage eRTM and routes for DSRs.
• Support digital transformation strategy for the territory.
• Demonstrate financial profitability and gross margin awareness.
• Lead and develop the local sales team.
