Responsibilities

• Manage multi-MW-scale projects across all regions of the country.

• Close sites with agreed scope and client expectations.

Position Summary

The Head of Field Operations will independently lead and execute multi‑MW solar and BESS projects nationwide, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with client and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and hands‑on expertise in utility‑scale solar project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi‑MW‑scale projects across all regions of the country.
• Implement processes for ensuring quality at multiple sites.
• Customer and Vendor Management (Post Sales) – external stakeholderೀತಿ management.
• Close all sites with agreed scope and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards, client requirements, and best engineering practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams for Ops‑related inputs – internal stakeholder management.
• Monitor and report operations matters to complete the projects within defined CPI and SPI limits.

Required Skills

• Strong command of electrical design tools, and simulation software such as PVsyst, HelioScope, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of solar system design, electrical sizing, cable routing, and protection schemes.

• Project Management Skills – PMP certification would be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E/BS Electrical).
• Minimum 8‑10 years of professional experience in the execution of Solar/BESS‑based projects.
• Experience in utility/mega‑scale solar projects is highly preferred.
