The Senior Supervisor / Site Engineer – Electrical is responsible for on-site execution, supervision, and coordination of electrical infrastructure projects including UPS systems, generators, ATS panels, LV panels, earthing systems, and power distribution networks within Data Center and mission‑critical environments.
This role ensures timely, safe, and quality‑controlled project execution at site level while coordinating with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal technical teams. The position requires strong technical command, team supervision skills, and nationwide mobility.
This is a field‑intensive role requiring regular travel across Pakistan as per project requirements.

DAE Electrical (with 7–10 years strong site exposure)

Job Experience Required
5–8 Years (ICT / Data Center / Electrical Infrastructure – Integrator Side)

Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise electrical installations as per approved drawings and BOQs.
Execute installation of:
- UPS systems & battery banks
- ATS & synchronization panels
- Earthing & lightning protection systems
Ensure proper routing, termination, and labeling of cables.
Coordinate testing and commissioning support.
2. Technical Drawing & BOQ Interpretation
- Read and interpret SLDs and layout drawings.
- Cross‑check site conditions against design drawings.
- Highlight technical deviations to Project Manager.
- Verify cable sizing and breaker ratings.
- Assist in as‑built drawing preparation.
3. Workforce & Subcontractor Supervision
- Lead technicians and helpers at site.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Ensure discipline and safe working practices.
4. Quality Assurance & HSE Compliance
- Ensure compliance with electrical standards (IEC/NEC).
- Ensure proper earthing resistance levels.
- Enforce PPE compliance.
- Report safety incidents immediately.
5. Material Control & ERP Coordination
- Raise material requisitions in Odoo.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
- Prevent wastage and theft.
6. Progress Reporting & Documentation
- Submit daily progress reports.
- Update project progress in ERP system.
- Support measurement for billing milestones.
- Maintain commissioning and testing records.
7. Client & Cross‑Department Coordination
- Coordinate with civil, HVAC, and IT teams at site.
- Attend site meetings when required.
- Resolve site‑level technical issues.
- Escalate delays and risks to PM/AM.
