Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Executive to manage customer queries, site visits, installations, warranty checks, and technical resolution of battery and inverter-related issues in the field. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a hands‑on understanding of lithium battery systems, solar integration, and BMS‑level diagnostics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical support (solar/lithium batteries/inverters)
• Solid understanding of BMS, LiFePO4 cell specs, inverter communication protocols
• Ability to read electrical diagrams, do site commissioning, and fault isolation
• Hands‑on experience with 12V / 24V / 48V systems up to high voltage (96V / 200V+)
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Must be Karachi‑based and willing to travel for site support

Preferred Qualifications:

• DAE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or relevant engineering background
• Previous experience with solar installers or lithium battery suppliers
• Knowledge of safety protocols and warranty terms
