Job summary

KnowledgeCity is seeking a Growth Marketer to own and optimize paid advertising and marketplace growth. The role focuses on improving campaign efficiency, lead quality, visibility in marketplaces, and conversion into qualified opportunities.

You will work with design, web development, marketing automation, revenue operations, and sales to plan, test, and scale campaigns. This is a specialized, outcomes-driven position centered on paid channels and marketplace optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a related field.
• Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn with conversion tracking.
• Experience with landing-page testing and CRO, including hypotheses and implementation coordination.
• Experience managing B2B software marketplace and review platforms like G2 and Capterra.

Responsibilities

• Own KnowledgeCity's paid advertising and marketplace growth strategy with accountable pipeline and ranking performance.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
• Analyze performance data to reduce wasted spend and improve traffic quality and conversions.
• Manage budgets and bidding decisions based on downstream outcomes and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers to plan ad creative, messaging, and offers, testing for fatigue and response.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reliable attribution from lead to pipeline.
• Own landing-page CRO and test hypotheses with web and design teams.
• Improve KnowledgeCity's marketplace presence and review platform rankings (G2, Capterra).
• Develop and manage review-generation initiatives while ensuring compliance.
• Monitor competitors and track spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and pipeline contribution.
• Maintain reporting and optimization workflows to continuously improve paid ads and marketplace decisions.
