Job summary

Tknack Company seeks a results-driven lead generation specialist to turn ad spend and outreach into qualified leads across paid and organic channels. You will build and manage campaigns across Meta and Google, define lead qualification criteria with clients, track cost per lead and lead quality, and test new channels when performance plateaus.

Collaboration with ads and automation teams will be essential to optimize follow-up.

Qualifications

• Track record of generating leads that convert, not just form fills.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and lead tracking systems.
• Able to tell a client directly when a campaign isn’t working.
• Experience across more than one lead generation channel.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google, or outreach channels
• Set up and refine lead qualification criteria with each client
• Track cost per lead and lead quality, and report on both accurately
• Test new channels, offers, or funnels when current ones plateau
• Work with the ads and automation team on lead follow-up
