Job summary

HR Ways in Lahore is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketer to build marketing from scratch. You’ll be the only marketer, set the strategy, run the work solo, and use AI tools to deliver what a team once did, staying on-brand and compliant.

You’ll own the funnel from awareness to signup, manage paid acquisition on Google and Meta (and LinkedIn or X if data supports it), report CPL and CAC, and build AI-assisted content workflows for SEO pages, newsletters and social channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a startup with no team
• Hands-on paid acquisition experience with measurable metrics (CAC, conversion rate)
• Strong editorial judgment to fix generic, wrong, or non-compliant content
• Daily use of AI tools for copy, research, analysis and automation

Responsibilities

• Define positioning and messaging for the company
• Run paid acquisition on Google and Meta, and LinkedIn or X if data supports
• Own budget and report cost per lead and cost per customer
• Build AI-assisted content workflows for SEO pages, newsletters, and social
• Own the website and funnel, optimize landing pages and copy
• Set up email and lifecycle marketing for onboarding, trial conversion, and reactivation
• Build distribution through partnerships with finance creators and affiliates
• Set up tracking and weekly reports to guide decisions
