Job summary

Decimal Solution is seeking an IT Sales Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients. The role targets international clients and requires proven IT services and software solutions sales experience.

Responsibilities include cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, building a healthy pipeline, and coordinating with tech teams to ensure project delivery while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT sales or software services sales.
• Strong understanding of software development, web development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, and digital services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other B2B sales channels.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients globally.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Keep CRM records up to date with leads and client interactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
