Software Finder is seeking an Associate Director, Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation function and accelerate customer acquisition. Translate revenue goals into measurable multi-channel strategies and oversee end-to-end campaign execution, outbound infrastructure, marketing automation, and funnel analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end and scaling outbound infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar).
• Collaboration with sales/BD to improve ICP coverage and lead quality.
• Strong data fluency with funnel metrics, attribution, CRO, and executive reporting.
• Leadership and stakeholder management in fast-growing environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to hit monthly lead and pipeline targets.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars, SMS, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Build and scale outbound infrastructure and prospecting tools with ROI and data integrity.
• Operationalize new software categories on the platform and ensure vendor serviceability.
• Align GTM with Sales, BD, and Fulfilment to optimize lead handoffs.
• Create assets, email sequences, landing pages, and collateral for conversions.
• Track full-funnel performance, CAC, attribution, and pipeline contribution; run experiments.
• Lead, mentor, and structure the demand generation team with repeatable processes.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and resource distribution.
