Software Finder is seeking an Associate Director, Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation function, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate customer acquisition.

You will translate revenue goals into measurable multi-channel strategies, oversee campaign execution, marketing automation, and funnel analytics to generate qualified sales opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Experience leading teams and hitting aggressive pipeline targets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to hit lead, pipeline, and conversion targets.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, paid media, webinars, SMS, partnerships, and outbound channels.
• Scale outbound infrastructure and prospecting tools while maintaining ROI and data integrity.
• Operationalize new software categories on the platform and ensure vendor serviceability across verticals.
• Partner with Sales, BD, and Fulfilment to optimize ICP coverage and lead handoffs.
• Develop conversion assets, emails, landing pages, and collateral.
• Track full-funnel performance, CAC, attribution, and pipeline contribution.
