S&P Global Market Intelligence in Islamabad invites an Associate for Client Operations in the TMT domain to join a global team and deliver critical research to diverse clients.
You will expand industry knowledge, test products, build Excel models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve usage and outcomes for clients worldwide.
Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Role: Associate, (TMT), Technology, Media & Telecommunications – Client Operations The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan Work Shift: Night shift US Eastern Time. However, you should be flexible to work on any other shift depending on business needs.
The Team: The TMT Client Operations team provides exceptional client support by showcasing vast knowledge about S&P Global Market Intelligence tools, our data, and the industry we cover. You will be a valuable member of a truly global team with presence in the US, Pakistan & Philippines. Members of the team learn in-depth TMT industry knowledge, produce webcast presentations, perform product testing, create custom models in Excel, participate in client outreach campaigns to drive usage, and write knowledgebase articles. You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Account Management, Product Management, Financial Modeling, Content & Industry Research, etc).
The Impact: As the face of the organization, we have a strong impact on our clients’ opinion of the quality of the company, driving product usage and revenue. As we are in direct contact with clients and understand their needs, we also could relay client feedback to the product managers, which is valuable in shaping future platform releases.
